Thank you for shopping at our Mini Trike Shop. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
- Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return unless they are defective or faulty.
- Certain items, such as customized products or special orders, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific details.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at https://minitrikeshop.com/shop/ or call us at +1 (406) 662-1781 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Prepare Your Package: Include the original packaging and any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $500.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In cases where items are returned in unsellable condition (e.g., without original packaging, damaged), we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 15% from your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- For claims made after 10 days but within 30 days, we may offer a partial refund or exchange based on the condition of the item.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized products
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as domestic returns but may take longer due to customs processing.
